Rock Creek Elementary PTO

Join Us Tomorrow Rock Creek Fishing Event Sunday. June 13, 2021... All Rock Creek students, staff and their families are invited to an afternoon of fishing at the pond directly south of Rock Creek Elementary on Sunday, June 13, 2021 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. This is a come-and-go event and you may park in the Rock Creek lot. Please bring a fishing pole if you have one. If you don't have any fishing equipment, no worries! DNR Officers will provide extra poles and fishing equipment/supplies. No license is required for this event. We also ask that a parent stay with their student during the event (no drop-off's allowed). In addition to the Iowa DNR assistance, we are looking for more volunteers to help those students who are new with fishing. If anyone in your family is interested in helping at the event or just enjoys fishing, please reach out to John Finneseth at [email protected] for more information. We need more hands to make this event go as smoothly as possible for all who participate. We look forward to seeing our Rock Creek family on Sunday, June 13 (rain or shine)!
