Test Iowa COVID 19 Testing All Test Iowa COVID 19 testing is now being scheduled by appointment only to avoid long waiting lines in vehicles. Please either email us at [email protected] or call us at 563-583-6595. We are testing Monday-Friday. (Hours vary) Appointments are required! You must go to Testiowa.com to fill out an assessment and receive a Unique ID and QR Scan code. You need to bring this with you when you come to be tested. You may print it off or save it on your smartphone. Once tested, you will receive notification through Test Iowa via email with your results. We hope you and your family remain healthy and safe!

We are now offering online scheduling for COVID 19 testing through Test Iowa. Please click on the link below to schedule your testing appointment. Tests are scheduled Monday-Friday. You must register through Testiowa.com first and save or print off your Unique ID or QR Scan Code to bring with you. When you complete the assessment on Testiowa.com, it will list places to be tested, you will not see Epic Health and Wellness until you scroll to the bottom and click on Additional ...Scheduling Options. On the next page, you need to scroll to the bottom of the page again and click on "I choose to be tested at a local clinic" once you do that, you will then see Epic Health and Wellness as an option to choose. Any of the QR codes or Unique ID's you obtain will work for all TestIowa site's even if you click on a different testing site, you can still use your code at our clinic. If you struggle to complete the assessment or to obtain your code, please call us and we can assist you. You can aeither self-schedule bu going to our web site at Epichealth.net and clicking on schedule a COVID 29 test, or call us at 563-583-6595 to schedule appointments during regular clinic hours.
