TRIBE- With a heavy heart, we have decided that we will not continue with a July session. We thank each and everyone of you for you patronage. We hope you will continue on with your journeys and hold fitness as a daily part of your lives. As your fit fam, we will strive to encourage and support you outside of our gym. We are together regardless of the place. We appreciate all that you have done to support what we tried to uphold, and unfortunately we can no longer do so. We hope you will all stay connected in some way or another. The relationships that we’ve all built will not be broken. We love you all from the bottom of our hearts.

This week our knockout is Jeremy Solberg and it’s no guess why, this guy shows up and works hard every day, he’s been with us since day one and we all want him as a partner, the guy pushes and throttles the bags , inspiration for the room he is. We asked him his favorite workout or exercise - I guess I don’t have one favorite workout. I like the variety that is offered from heavy weight days to cardio and kick boxing days. What I like most about Tribe is the intensity and va...riety of the workouts. The trainers and other gym members are always there pushing you out of your comfort zone to grab that heavier weight or get that extra rep in. Thanks Jeremy for your support of TRIBE and the way you inspire! We love having this guy showcased because he it’s a huge positive influence in the room and we appreciate his hard work!
