It’s been a ride bye bye food truck

**EDIT: SOLD!!!!!** FOOD TRUCK FOR SALE Yes we still have it, no we haven’t sold it yet I think our love for the business and nostalgia kept us holding on to it. But we would like someone to have it, run it, and get as much enjoyment out of being a food truck owner as we did. Please share with anyone you know who may be interested.... Equipment on/for the truck: - 48’ griddle (purchased new 06/2018) - 2 burner range (purchased new 06/2018) - Refrigerator - Stainless steel prep table (~3’x5’) - Restaurant sized 3 basin sink - Hand sink - Custom cutting boards for prep area on refrigerator and 3 basin sink. - Water pump and heater - 2 propane tanks (30lbs each) - 7000w generator (purchased 06/18/2017, serviced at the end of 2018 season) with custom electrical cords. - 2 100ft extension cords - We have a small fryer as well that we do not currently have on the truck but you may have if you want it. - The ansul system we had put in extends the full length of the cooking space so there is room for more equipment without having to alter the ansul (installed 07/17/2017, last inspected 04/23/2018). - We will also include any of our kitchen utensils, containers, and catering equipment that you may want/need. We also have a spare refrigerator for extra storage that can go as well. Information on the truck itself: The truck is a 1991 Oshkosh Chassis MID Step Van. It is a manual. Approximately 3 years ago we replaced the battery and some of the tires, redid the caulking and water seal, and replaced the propane hookups and hoses. In 2018 we had some work done such as replacing the engine switch and lock cylinder, rewiring of the engine, ignition and dashboard, rewiring of the head and rear lights as well as the interior. Hello Everyone! With food truck season starting up we feel that it’s time now to make our announcement. Although we have enjoyed the past 3 years running The Noshery, our lives are leading us in a different direction and we will not be opening the truck this season. We are selling the truck and moving on to new things. It’s very bittersweet and there are definitely things about it we are going to miss. It has been a privilege to serve you all and we appreciate more than you know all the support and love we received while running The Noshery! It was an unforgettable experience With that being said, if you know of anyone interested in starting a food truck adventure, please share
