Wedding Hair Typically when I do Wedding hair, the day is so hectic, I never get a chance to snap pictures of the hair. . And the only pictures I got with this beauty still had setting pins in. But it was too beautiful not to share. .... A little back story I've been doing @aolerich hair my entire career, 18 years, she had followed me from small town Iowa, to where I am now, to every salon I've ever worked in. . I always know when I have her in my chair she will be there for hours (hair for days) but she is the best company, I know I'm going to laugh so hard my stomach will hurt. I always look forward to having her in. . So when her wedding day came around, I knew I would bawl like a baby, knowing that this appointment out of ALL of her appointments, this was going to be the most important. . I'm so happy with how it all came together, and I was to one to create it. She looked AMAZING!! . Thank you Amanda, for letting me be a part of your big day, you were the most beautiful bride. Did You See My Post From Yesterday? . This is just another before and after of this thickening install that I did on @katie.spellman . I applied one bundle of @bellamihairpro K-tip extensions and custom colored the bundle to blend into her color that I had done before installing. I applied a face frame highlight and photoglossed to add some brightness around her face and with the added hair to her foundation, it gave her added volume, brightness and styling structure to her l...ook. . She will have better styling ability and longevity with the added bundle. . She will have zero in salon maintenance for 4-6 months, this all depends on natural hair growth and natural hair shed. . At the end of the 4-6 months, she will come in have the removed and new hair will be installed. . Thickening installs are great for anyone who have weaker sides and struggle with achieving styles that last, due to lack of structure. . Do you ever think, "the back of my hair always styles so great, but the front always looks so blah, and I want to look the same, I want to see it!!" . This option would be great for you!! . Do you see a difference? I always say that thickness installs aren't the most dramatic of a change, visually. But everyone has weakness through their sides in comparison to the back, and some struggle with getting their hair to style or just wanting better style longevity. Well, last week, she was SO ready for a change. And we added one bundle,(ONE BUNDLE!!!) of ktip extensions, to just add a little fullness to her sides. . Summer Hair Is anyone amazed by how fast May just flew by and now it's JUNE??? . Which means we are only days away from summer, warmer temps and all of the humidity. .... Some of my guests like to take a break from extensions for this reason or they switch it up by just take out a couple rows of extensions to just add a little thickness to their look. While making it a little cooler, and easier to maintain during the summer . Which is exactly what we did here, but not until we touched up her color and glossed her to bring her hair back to life!! . This is a great example of how extensions can make a difference by just adding a little thickness and a gloss can really help to add dimension back into the hair. . Can you tell the difference? .
