How much water do your kids drink? Water has so many health benefits. It helps keep your mouth clean, is calorie free, and drinking water with fluoride can help strengthen your teeth. Limit the amount of sugary drinks your child gets, such as juice and soda. Our advice, get your kids a fun water bottle that they can fill with water and keep handy all day long!

Did you know February is National Children's Dental Health Month? We will be focusing on promoting children's dental health all month long!

Blessed with the best! Our staff faced many challenges during this pandemic but they kept great attitudes through it all. Anyone else catch their kids brushing their teeth for 2 seconds instead of 2 minutes? For younger children, a fun song or video, like this Sesame Street song, can help them pass the time. For older children, just grab a sand timer or digital timer and put in the bathroom next to their toothbrushes.
