Please consider staying home if you can. If you can’t, SLOW DOWN and be sure to add a LOT more distance between yourself and other vehicles. We like playing in the snow, but prefer it be with our kids or grandkids on sleds or 4-wheelers and not cars and semis in the ditches.

It’s cold out there and we understand people will use portable space heaters because of it. Please give those heaters a little space of their own so they don’t ignite or melt things close to them. At lease 3 feet, and plug them directly into a grounded wall outlet for max safety. Merry Christmas from the Malvern Fire Station!

Folks this forecast is getting worse. Weather forecasters have been known to be wrong at times, but it doesn’t look good for our area if the are correct this round. If you can avoid travel at all, please do. Looks like it’ll be a good day to stay home and watch the snow out your window.
