We are looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals that work well in a fast-paced environment while working with a team to prepare exceptional food in a quick and efficient manner. Line Cook Responsibilities (but are not limited to): ... Cleaning, stocking and setting up kitchen stations. Prepping food for stations which includes cutting, putting together ingredients for sauces, making dough, stretching dough on pizza screens, baking, etc. Must be able to follow recipes exactly to ensure consistent food quality. Experience on a flat top grill and fryer cooking multiple orders in an accurate and efficient manner. Experience making pizzas in an accurate and efficient manner. Must be able to work in a busy kitchen while maintaining complete order accuracy. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with the front of house to ensure all orders are correct. Skills Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Familiar with industry’s best practice. This is a full-time position with hourly pay. Pay is negotiable based on experience. This role must be able to work various week days and weekends both mornings and evenings. Experience is required.
