Kent Eberhardt is also a service tech and installer. Kent grew up and graduated high school in Mediapolis. Kent is in his 3rd year of the apprenticeship class. He started working at Lane Plumbing and Heating in 2012. Kent lives in Mediapolis with his wife and two kids. Kent enjoys spending time with his family, tinkering with his antique tractors, and barbecuing in his spare time.

Last but not least, Dixie. She is head of security. Dixie keeps spirits lifted up around the office. She carpools with Elijah to work every morning. Dixie is 12 years old. You can count on her to hold the shop floor down. In her off duty time she enjoys naps.

Elijah Lane is a service tech and installer. He grew up in the trade, Going on service calls with Brian. In middle school and high school helping Lonn plumb houses. He is currently in his 4th year of apprenticeship and is looking forward to a long career in the trade, serving southeast Iowa. Elijah enjoys riding four wheelers, jeeping, snowmobiling and kayaking. But most of all installing boilers.
