Hey all! We have an update for you on our virus situation.. I am released from care from the Dr. and came back to work on Tuesday, Yay! But then... Billy started not feeling well, and long story short, they re-tested him and he is now positive for covid. Jake and I are keeping things rolling at the shop while Billy is out, but we are still operating on the no face to face contact way of doing things.. If you need service, call me, and we'll get you set up with an appointment. We are still not letting customers inside the shop for now, and we wipe down the cars after the work is done with disinfectant. Good morning everyone! We would like to take a moment to inform you that yesterday, Saturday the 25th I (Tracy) was confirmed positive for Covid-19. We have been working on notifying anyone who I had close contact with in the last week, but wanted to let you all know what was going on. During the last several months, we have been wiping down the interior of your car after service, as well as sanitizing the customer area and window, counter and credit card machine after each u...se. And as you know if you’ve been there, a plastic barrier at the window between you and us, so we feel confident that any transfer of germs has been minimal in that respect. Billy has been tested as a precaution, and is negative, and I am isolating at home away from him, so he will continue to work at the shop, but will be a little different process for the next week. The entry doors will be locked, and all business transactions will be done via phone with no face to face contact, just as an extra precaution to our customers. If you have something scheduled already for this week, he will be calling you to make sure you want to proceed, and explain the process of drop off/pick up and payment options.
