The Agricultural Urbanism Toolkit is wrapping up its second year, and it’s time to celebrate the community accomplishments of coalition development and local food projects around Iowa! The Agricultural Urbanism Toolkit is a program developed by the Iowa State University Community Design Lab and funded through the Leopold Center of Sustainable Agriculture Marketing Food Systems Initiative. This event will engage local food leaders and partners in a discussion around the powe...r of food and the design process and is open to anyone who is interested in the local and regional food system in Iowa: local food coordinators, producers, city government, community planners, consumers, and any and all local food stakeholders around Iowa. This event is an exciting opportunity to connect with other local food leaders in the surrounding area that are working on new and innovative projects. https://docs.google.com//1vgVnnQOFmQlfP3nTxML3lV9/viewform See more
