Hungry Spartan Pizza

As we head in to the new pizza season we'd like to say a few things to give you an idea how it goes for us on pizza day. Our existing customers have been known to pre-order before events usually with multiple pizzas per order, and we encourage this, as it helps us get an idea on what's coming. Orders are first come-first serve as we take them. Pre-orders are put in line first. Any walk ups or call ins that day will be put in line after that. ... We have a magic number of pizzas we do a night so we can eventually get home. When we hit that number, we are consisted sold out. We sell out most every time. We are not fast food, nor do we have a conveyor belt to keep pizzas going. Our ovens are fast, but when we have a lot of pizzas to do from the start, it's going to take time to get to your order. This is why we call you back when done, so you don't have to wait around. If you place your order that day, don't expect it 20 minutes after the order like the chain pizza places, we are diligently working in orders to get to yours and will call you. We start around 5 PM most times and go until done, usually 8 or so. It could be a while if you ordered later, so please plan accordingly if you want your pizza that night. It's insanely busy from start to finish and while I hear the notifications going off in my pocket from the messages (my personal phone), some times asking about your order. The hands are messy, pizzas are frantically being made and we may not always get to the messages to see what you say until later. If you have a question or comment the day of, it's best to call the pizza phone. We appreciate our customers very much and strive to give you the best pizza around as fast as we can. We value everyone of you and try to keep our customer service top notch. If you ever have a bad experience, please let us know personally and not publicly, so we can make it right. If you don't tell us, we don't know. Opening Day is April 24th at 5 PM in Exira Legion Park featuring the Crab Rangoon...let's to get some pizza!

Anyone else love those little corners of goodness? I started doing square cut because my son wouldn't eat the crust (probably not my child ). Square cut gave him crustless slices and gave me these tasty little nuggets of corner. Some people may think they're useless bits of pizza, but most people enjoy them. What do you think?

We're almost 2 weeks away from Opening Day on Saturday, April 24th at 5 PM in Exira. Our special is the Crab Rangoon pizza, but you can get any of our regular toppings as well.
