WE ARE HIRING FOR PART TIME EMPLOYEES IN DOWNTOWN / URBANDALE / WEST DES MOINES! PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES IN THREE (3), FOUR (4), OR FIVE (5) HOUR INCREMENTS WAGES STARTING AT $11.00 PER HOUR FOR PART TIME WORK.... NIGHT SHIFTS CAN BE 5P-9P / 6P-10P / 10P-2A DAY TIME SHIFTS ALSO AVAILABLE. ONE LOCATION ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to: Vacuuming and sweeping as needed in open areas, front entrance rugs as needed Lightly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms. Lightly clean breakroom areas, after employee use during the day Restock paper supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas as needed. Make sure that trash in key areas is emptied as needed, depending on building/office location requests. Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition. Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals. Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves at all times. Ability to take directions from a manager but complete all work in a high-quality manner alone. Good communication skills. Good client/customer service skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to take directions from a manager but complete all work in a high-quality manner alone One year or more related cleaning experience preferred but not required. Have reliable transportation as needed, or if company vehicle is not available Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds.
