If you're going to be flying in the Memphis, TN (KMEM) area on the weekend of 23 April, drop by the airport at Olive Branch, MS (KOLV); Given that people will want to be out and about now that restrictions on gatherings are beginning to loosen, you'll probably be welcome even if you don't own or fly a Cherokee Six. KOLV is located about 10nm east of KMEM on the 102 radial of the MEM VOR (117.5 MHz).

Green Castle Airport's First Annual Antique, Vintage & Experimental Fly-In/Drive-In June 5, 2021 ... Come see antique, vintage, and experimental airplanes, pick up lunch and ice cream, take a wagon tour of aircraft on display, get a ride in one of the club’s airplanes, learn how to get involved in aviation, and participate in raffles for great prizes from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 5 (rain date is Saturday, June 12), at Green Castle Aero Club, 2154 250th St NW, Oxford, Iowa. Green Castle Airport (IA24) is located 4 miles NE of Oxford, IA on the 157 radial of the Cedar Rapids VOR (114.1 MHz) at a distance of approximately 8.4 miles from the VOR, and on the 335 radial of the Iowa City VOR (116.2 MHz) at a distance of approximately 15.1 miles from the VOR. Admission is free but donations to the Green Castle Foundation will be gladly accepted. Everyone is welcome! Attention Antique, Vintage & Experimental Aircraft Owners: We’d love to have you showcase your plane and possibly win one of three awards: Long Distance (furthest distance flown to attend the event), People’s Choice (most popular, as voted by attendees), and Oldest Airplane.
