Hello fellow PF members, I was out today on a early morning drive, and saw some very young chicks on the roads, could be a sign the there could have been a third hatch this year or a late second hatch, it was one of those years that some of the birds could have had a third hatch, that would be good news have not had one of those years for a very long time, just a thought that I thought I would pass along. It was a good spring and summer this year and so far not to bad of a mid summer. I have not heard yet what the DNR bird count was but it should be pretty good.
