I am going to name this girl Sascha, The meaning of Sascha is man’s defender, warrior. She is wet felted, nuno and needle felted using merino and Finn wool. Embellishments are yarns, pre-felts, Metallic silk and hand dyed Uzbekistan silk, viscose. I followed along with Kimberly Pulli, Pulli’swoollies. Check out her website, she is a fantastic felter, artist, and friend Kimberly, I had so much fun following you on this journey. Thank you so much for sharing your process and allowing us to create with you. As you can see, I made her sister, not the same headdress or gown. One thing I might be known for it is not following the exact directions. I am so looking forward to coming to Pennsylvania and meeting you in person Kimberly. I love your work!
