BrightStar care, the nation’s leading home care and medical staffing franchise, is searching for a full-time, dynamic Recruiter, who has a can-do attitude and can prioritize and balance a multitude of requests within an office environment. This management professional will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible to identify the brightest Candidates to fill management, nursing, and front-line caregiver positions. We work with clients from all walks of life. Most o...f our clients are the elderly/senior population. We provide home care to keep them in the place they call home for as long as it's healthy and safe to do so. This is a salaried-exempt position, working mainly days Monday through Friday with the availability of working nights and weekends to cover job fairs, recruitment marketing opportunities, and interviews when necessary. The position will be part of our on-call rotation after hours. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify recruitment sources and initiatives for the purpose of recruiting top notch Caregivers and professional sources. Generate partnerships and contacts with local community organizations that assist recruiting employees. Attitude that you are always recruiting.
