The newest member to our team, ASE certified Bill Benson, pays attention to details. While installing a purge solenoid on a 2015 Fusion, Bill noticed corrosion on the battery due to cracks around the negative post. This is a battery failure just waiting to happen at the most inopportune time for the driver.

This spark plug is covered in oil and the gage should read 150. Long story short...the engine is toast and the owner is unhappy.

Replacing a dirty cabin filter can improve air conditioning performance and improve gas mileage.
