Just a reminder that in addition to our regular office hours (Monday-Friday 8-4), the Recorder's Office will offer extended hours until 6pm for Passport service...s BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on the first Monday of every month. Extended hours are available for those who find it difficult to come into our office during the 8-4 work day. 10-year passport renewals do not need an appointment, as it is a self-serve process. The upcoming dates that we will offer extended hours until 6pm are as follows: June 7th July 6th (Tuesday) August 2nd September 7th (Tuesday) October 4th November 1st December 6th Appointments can also be made during our regular office hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. SECONDARY ROADS: The Winneshiek County Bridge Crew will be closing Co. Rd. W14 at Site A (Intersection of Town Line Rd & Co Rd W14) to begin replacing a crossroad culvert Monday morning.

SECONDARY ROADS: The South Winneshiek 8th grade class participated in a roadside cleanup along Middle Calmar Road as a part of their genius hour class. We thank them in helping with roadside beautification and giving back to the community.
