Postmark must be March 31 or earlier to avoid penalty.... 2) In our NEW drop box located by the south door of the courthouse. 3) Over the phone by credit card for a 2.25% fee. 4) In office at the Courthouse - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. 5) Online through our website: www.iowatreasurers.org.
