To all of those who have continued to support this agency through ownership change, covid challenges, and more covid challenges--thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. To say this first year of ownership has been anything short of challenging and frustrating would be a lie. But in spite of it all, this has been such a rewarding experience for me.
