Ok all, OSKY TENNIS CAMP IS A GO....Josh Bandstra (Oskaloosa High School varsity girls' tennis coach) will be doing a 4-day tennis camp June 10-13 (with rain makeup day on Friday, the 14th). This will be geared mostly towards beginners, introducing both boys & girls to the sport & teaching the fundamentals of the game. All ages 7 & up welcome to attend. Time is tentatively 9-11am, but depending... on numbers, it may be split into two sections: 8-10am & 10-12pm. Cost is $40 per camper, with $10 discount off second child in family. Josh is currently looking into racquets to see if he can get some ordered in by June 10th to make sure kids have right sized racquet, so also let me know if you have a need. The camp will be located at the Osky High School tennis courts. Kids going into 1st grade and up are welcome to attend. There will be two sessions this year: 9-10:30 (1st-4th graders); 10:30-noon (5th grade & up). Depending on numbers, as well as experience & conflicts, the age groups of sessions may need to be adjusted accordingly. Cost is $35 per camper, with $5 discount off second child in family.
