As of Tuesday, April 13, 2021 we are now scheduling covid immunization appointments via phone call for ALL PATIENTS ages 18 and over. These immunizations will be given on select dates this week. Due to the FDA halting the use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine we will be administering the Moderna vaccine at our Saturday clinics until further notice. We will be offering the these on select Saturdays from 8:15am-10:45am. You must be 18 or older. As of Tuesday, April 6, 2021 we are now scheduling covid immunization appointments via phone call for ALL PATIENTS ages 18 and over. These immunizations will be given on select dates this week. We will also be offering the Johnson & Johnson vaccine on select Saturdays from 8:15am-10:45am. These vaccines are being offered to people who work in manufacturing or those who are essential workers who cannot easily social distance at their work place as well as those who can only schedule on a weekend due to work conflicts (example: work out of town, truck driver, etc.). Johnson & Johnson is a one dose vaccine. You must be 18 or older, be a Newton Clinic patient, or you must either live or work in Jasper County. As of Monday, April 5, 2021 we are now scheduling covid immunization appointments via phone call for all patients ages 18 and over. These slots are for Newton Clinic patients and residents of Jasper County. These immunizations will be given on select dates this week. We are still scheduling for next week until noon today for covid immunization appointments via phone call only for those ages 18 and over who have chronic health conditions (Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Asthma, Cancer, Obesity, current/former smoker, etc).
