Youth Strength and Conditioning Classes Ages 11-13 (entering grades 6-8) Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00-11:00 June 14th-July 22nd, 2021 Cost is $200 for 12 sessions... Minimum of 5 participants needed in order to hold the classes. Register at the NACC.

To keep our employees, members and our community safe from the spread of COVID-19, we have had to adjust the way we operate under the guidelines of the Governor. As such, the following rules are in place until further notice: Social Distancing is required. You must remain at least 6 feet apart. ... If you are a vulnerable person, as defined by the Governor, please stay home. If you have had COVID-19; been in contact with someone who has or had COVID-19; traveled to a hot spot area; please stay home. If you show ANY signs of illness (sore throat, cough, fever), please stay home. No gathering in the lobby area or any other area of the NACC. No one under the age of 14 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. No organized classes until further notice. No basketball. You may shoot baskets, but must bring your own basketball and take it with you when you leave. You must also bring your own volleyball. No use of any of the kids activities. Pickleball you must bring your own paddles. No access to locker rooms/showers. You must wash your hands before entering the weight room/cardio room and after you are done. There will be no paper sign in, the staff will sign you in or you may use your scan card. Weight room: We have marked the weight room with x’s that are at least 6 feet apart. We have closed some of the machines, please do not use them. You must wipe down every surface area you touch. Please know that our staff will be doing everything they can to keep our environment safe and sanitized. Thank you for your understanding. NACC staff & board

I am out on Wednesday, here is a workout anyone can do. 100 REP WORKOUT For this workout you will complete 100 reps of each exercise listed below. This workout is self-paced. You determine your strategy to complete your total reps. You can rest between sets and you can combine exercises so they are not consecutive.
