Mirrors Hair Salon Late & Cancellation Policy Any client that no call/no shows will be charged 100% for the full appointment and blocked from booking future appointments Late cancellations (24 hours or less) will be charged 50% ... With a phone call to the stylist and approval you only get a 15 minute late grace period. Without a phone call there is ONLY a 10 minute late grace period!!! PLEASE SHOW UP TO YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT ON TIME!! This is the appointment that YOU BOOKED YOURSELF!! Please chose a time that you kno you can make!!! If you are coming to the location for the first time, please leave a few minutes early to allow yourself to find the location. I’m on time 99% of the time. From now on if you are 10 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee added to your total After 15 minutes your appointment is canceled and you will be charged for the full amount.
