This position will start as temporary, but it also offers the opportunity to advance your career through the company and to join our team full-time permanently. As a representative of our company, you’ll be responsible for meeting our internal standards. Administrative & Office Duties: Assist Property Management with the day to day operations and tenant relations through the coordination of tenant requests and administration of maintenance services. Answer and route phone calls from tenants and vendors to the appropriate contact within Property Management and/or dispatch personnel based on immediate needs. Provide tenants and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling maintenance and assist with the scheduling of contractor work and coordinate with tenants. Provide high quality of customer service. Contribute toward overall office operational needs by helping to provide phone coverage, ordering supplies, incoming and outgoing phone calls. Answering prospective tenants questions and utilizing our property management software to schedule showings for agents and property managers to show vacant properties. Respond to tenant questions and complaints in a timely manner. Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by management and assist property manager as needed on special projects Assist with the coordination of rent/lease collections. Handle tenant, vendor and prospective tenant walk-ins. Assist Property Manager with tenant relations as required. Assist with accounts payables/receivables. Establish rapport with tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated. Experience/Skill set should include: Knowledge of office and accounting procedures High School Diploma/GED required Property management experience preferred but not required Exceptional computer skills MS Office Suite Excellent customer service Strong ability to work independently; Ability to research and problem solve Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures and etiquette Strong attention to detail & ability to be organized
