Malvern Bank and MABA ~ Malvern Area Betterment Association have created an official donation account for those who are looking for a way to support everyone af...fected by the fire on main street. If you’d like to donate, you can drop off donations at the bank and reference the Go Fund Malvern account, or you can Venmo @Go_Fund_Malvern. Update: The exact needs of our community and affected businesses following the fire have not yet been identified. As soon as the highest-demand needs are clear, the funds will be donated to those sources. If you would like your donation to go to any one particular business or entity, we recommend donating directly to that source. Thank you.

Ag in the Classroom Coordinator Kasey Wallace spent Monday, Nov. 22 teaching second, third and fourth graders at East Mills Elementary about the Geography of Thanksgiving Dinner. Students created a shopping list of groceries they would purchase if they were making Thanksgiving dinner. Afterwards, they learned about where the geographic origins of their Thanksgiving dinner come from. They read the book My Family’s Turkey Farm and learned how pumpkins are processed and put into cans.
