Here are two gears that will be sent out tomorrow. The photos from right to left are: 1. rough sawn bronze blank in the lathe, 2. face finishing the blank, 3. finished gear blanks, 4. blanks with finished teeth (outsourced), 5. drilled, bored, and completely finished gears

We've recently expanded our production lathe capabilities. This is a video of one of the first parts we have run on it. I also posted a picture of the finished parts.

4 freshly machined pins. 1.25" diameter, 8" long

Three 7.5" rough gear blanks. They're being sent to Minnesota tomorrow to have the teeth cut.
