Responsibilities: Provide person-centered care with the utmost respect to our tenants in a friendly, positive manner. Assist tenants with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, ambulation, and toileting. Observe and report any changes in tenants’ health status to Nurse. Document services provided and observations in charting software Support all other departments as we work together to create a compassionate environment for all tenants. Maintain effective communication with tenants, families and other staff. Display professionalism, reliability, organization, good time management and the ability to multi-task within a team setting Perform job with a positive attitude in a way that shows pride in your work. We celebrated all our mothers and amazing women at Village Ridge today with our Llamas for Mamas party. It was such a great time and thank you to Prairie Patch Farm for coming and sharing your handsome llamas with us.

Had fun making mini pizzas for pizza party day at Village Place. I'd tell you a joke about pizza, but that would be too cheesy.

Celebrated our April birthdays this week!

Village Place escaped for a rainy lunch today! We went down the road to West End Diner in Marion. We even did a little bit of shopping. The rain didn't even faze us we were so happy to be out.
