The buyers sold their acreage almost a year ago and couldn’t find anything they were happy with on the market and found themselves in a year long rental. Fast forward 10 months and they fell in love with this home. Did you know that it can take 4-6 weeks until your first mortgage payment is due? (Sometimes longer.)
