Still searching for the perfect Valentine’s Day gift? Introducing our third barrel pick, this one from Old Elk out of Fort Collins, Colorado. Hand picked by yours truly, this was an exceptional barrel. Aged 6 years and bottled at 113.1 proof, this wheated bourbon packs a nice punch and opens up nicely with a few drops of water. We also have our 95 point Cab from Austin Hope out of Paso Robles available for the wine lovers out there.... Reservations for the weekend are still available! Don’t forget we will be open on Sunday!
