Hello, Yogis! An update: I wanted to resume yoga classes now that the holidays are over, but due to medical reasons, I'll have to postpone classes for another couple of weeks. In the meantime, I'll try to share some ideas for you to try at home - keep practicing! Whether it's 5 minutes or 50 minutes, it all makes a difference Namaste, and Blessed Be!
