Tragedy in Texas and other parts of the south, the ongoing loss of life, health, and income due to Covid-19, and the persistent, horrific violence and racism against individuals and communities that are black and brown - all real. Here is to finding routines that help. Embracing warmth where you can find it. Spreading warmth and help to others if you are able. Allowing yourself to dream about the future. Finding connections.
