Studio family....Beginning next week we will be offering virtual sessions! We can take care of your movement needs without you having to leave your home! Do you have a phone? internet? If yes, this is an option for you! Private session OR small group class (just like in studio) Mat based movements with simple props you probably have in your homes (we can get pretty crafty!) Please comment below if you have interest as I am starting to set up the schedule and I have a feeling ...times will go quickly! New neighbors coming in March!!

Pilates instructors!! We are looking to add to our family of instructors, particularly those interested in teaching small group classes (up to 5 students). Availability on Monday and/or Wednesday evenings as well as MWF mid-mornings 9am, 11am and lunch hours. DM Gigi with questions and interest!

Just an update to let you know that in compliance with the order from the State of Iowa and Governor Reynolds, the studio will now remained closed thru 4/30/2020. Thank you all for your kindness and understanding during this time! We hope to see all of your faces again in May! In the meantime, we have set up options for you to still get your pilates work in....if you'd like to get scheduled into one of our virtual classes just comment below! We've been having a blast seeing everyone there :)
