4 years ago yesterday, we lost one of the most beautiful souls we ever had the chance of knowing. While we miss her every day, we know that she is smiling down (and maybe barking some orders) as we continue her legacy. Until we meet again, sweet Julie. Here’s to the next 100 years of Fillenwarth, Family, Friends and FUN!

Who is as excited as we are to see what is happening this week?! The "L" dock is in and our trusty painter has begun his work. The other docks are in process now. We have a lot going on right now in addition to docking, including the rooms being opened for business and the grounds being cleaned up from winter. We are so grateful for all of our staff members for the hard work that they demonstrate every single day. Bring on summer!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT ALERT! In high school, Kylan Green has been the president of 4-H and FFA, a member of the National Honor Society, key club and student council. She has been involved in basketball, volleyball, wrestling, trap shooting and track! She is a BUSY girl! She plans on attending SDSU this fall with an animal science major and an agriculture business minor. ... Some of her favorite memories working at Fillenwarth Beach include all the silly laughs, inside jokes, watching the sunset on late shifts, jumping in the lake after clocking out and being able to have created so many great relationships! We are so proud of you, Kylan! You will do wonderful things!
