EasterYoga Flow: A Time for Forgiveness and Rebirth This seventy five minute flow class will prepare our hearts for the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Come alive in the presence of your creator as you use yoga to sync breath to movement. This will be a time to focus on forgiveness and rebirth as we incorporate essential oils and scripture into our practice. Hallelujah.He is risen!
