Melissa's story in her own words... "When I started this program in January 2020 my big goal was to look and feel better on my 5 year wedding anniversary than I did when I got married. Yesterday, was my anniversary! For the last 8 months I have visualized what that would look like and feel like. It’s amazing how you face forward a little better, stand a little taller, shoulders fall back a little more. The picture on the left was 30 days post wedding 5 years ago and the picture on the right is from last night celebrating my 5 year anniversary 56 lbs gone and looking and feeling better than I had ever imagined! For the 1st time in my life I loved rocking that black dress and felt amazing doing it!"
