Due to illness there will be no baking this week. Our final baking day will be next week, September 29. We'll have several breads and granolas available.

This is our FINAL week of baking for the season. Plan now to visit the Williamsburg Farmer's Market on Friday, 4-6pm or the Iowa City Farmer's Market on Saturday, 7:30am-12pm. We'll have some of your bread and granola favorites including a new bread flavor: Walnut Chai!

Whelp, we did it. Nutty Pumpkin Spice bread will be at the market in the morning. Just slightly sweet, loads of pumpkin, pecans, walnuts and a nice touch of spices.

Good news! We'll be at both the Williamsburg and Iowa City Farmer's Markets this week! We hope to bake Focaccia, Kalamata Rosemary, Garlic Herb, Cinnamon Raisin and Ciabatta breads! I'm also working on a Pumpkin Spice loaf.. that may not be ready to debut this week, but hopefully by next week - stay posted! Fall is almost here. :) See you at the markets!
