We are here to help! Sometimes it’s the little things that make us stand out! One of my favorite things about this place is THEY WILL TEXT YOU!! :) There are times I wake up in the middle of the night in pain, shoot them a text and get schedule the next morning when they are in the office. I can't be on my phone for work and playing phone tag is something I hate more than anything. Very professional, great care and staff; my headaches instantly go away after visiting! Melissa

high temperatures can result in heat-related illnesses ranging from heat cramps to heat exhaustion and heat stroke. The following tips can help you keep cool! 1. Change your pattern of outdoor activity to take advantage of cooler times (early morning or late evening).... 2. Wear loose-fitting, light colored clothing (Cotton clothing will keep you cooler than many synthetics!) 3. Fill a spray bottle with water and keep it in the refrigerator for a quick refreshing spray to your face after being outdoors. 4. Use a cooling towel! Place it on the back of your neck, on your wrist, or behind your knees for the fastest relief. 5. Fans can help circulate air and make you feel cooler even in an air-conditioned house. 6. Try storing lotions in the refrigerator to use after getting out of the shower on a hot day. 7. Keep bottles of water in the freezer; grab one when you're ready to go outside. As the ice melts, you'll have a supply of cold water with you. 8. Drinking plenty of water along with sports drinks or other sources of electrolytes to combat dehydration. 9. Using small, portable, battery operated fans can be an option to help keep you cool! 10. If you're wearing a cap or hat, remove it and pour a bit of ice cold water into the hat, then quickly invert it and place on your head. 11. Use the heat as an excuse to go to the mall, public library, or public museums. These are free places that have air conditioning to keep you cool! 12. PLEASE use common sense! ***Pay special attention to the elderly, infants, and anyone with a chronic illness, as they may dehydrate easily and be more susceptible to heat-related illnesses. Don't forget that pets also need protection from dehydration and heat-related illnesses too. See more

Headaches can be caused by a number of factors, including dehydration, malnutrition, oxygen deprivation, or, more commonly, a misalignment in the neck or spine. Chiropractic care can be a great way to manage and relieve pain caused by migraines and tension headaches, because we get to the root cause. Not only does a gentle adjustment reduce joint restrictions or misalignments in the spine and other joints in the body in an effort to reduce inflammation and improve function of... both the affected joint and nervous system, it increases joint mobility and improves your nervous system function and spinal health so your body can better manage the pain caused by migraines and tension headaches. Dr. Barth has had great success helping those who suffer from headaches. Don’t wait. Schedule your appointment today!
