Next Chapter: Back Porch Landing is getting finished, I love the change to have an actual platform to get into the back door than two steps....to awkward, and the plumbing under the house/in the basement connecting everything is getting finished. And lastly......Christopher Banks is going out of Business at the mall, so sad! But...........I'm thinking the clothing racks/shelves, might make a cool addition to the Master Closet.....we can customize it, adjust it anytime and it looks good.........thoughts?

Budgets.............so tonight I'm going over what we have spent, what we have left to do, and we are doing a pretty good job of staying on track. We'll need to make a few adjustments, but all the major repairs to the structure have been done/paid. The good news is that we have pretty much the same taste and same expectations of what is realistic while designing for the next 30 years of living.....(if we make it that far...LOL...God willing) and to use elements that are accessible, won't date to easy and look out of style in a few years. The bad news.....none really! We have really been blessed so no complaints! But what is important is to know when you need a time out...LOL....
